Freight In and Freight Out

Yesterday, Sir Randy discussed Freight In and Freight Out. After the discussion, we made our scaffold.

Freight in and freight out are recorded according to the type of FOB (free on board). If the merchandise is sold FOB Destination, the seller is the responsible for paying the transportation cost. In this account, freight out is recorded in the book of the seller. If the merchandise is sold FOB Shipping Point, the buyer is the responsible for paying the transportation cost. In this account, freight in is recorded in the book of the buyer.
